Highlights

“A punchy AA selection from the Rianjagi Washing Station on the southwestern slopes of Mount Kenya. The cooperative has grown from roughly 550 farmers to 2,000 producers, and is farmer-owned with a majority women-led board of directors. Cherries are carefully sorted before pulping, sorted again by density, fermented, washed, soaked, and dried slowly on raised beds. The larger, denser AA grade was selected for this release, showcasing clarity and sweetness.”
