“A washed Ethiopian single origin from Machina Coffee, locally roasted in Edinburgh. This omni-roast is designed to work beautifully across filter methods and espresso, roasted within 1-16 days of purchase with optimum flavor at 12-36 days post-roast. The coffee offers complex, fruity characteristics typical of Ethiopian heirloom varieties. Best rested for at least 12 days to allow excess gas to dissipate and flavors to fully develop. Suitable for Aeropress, Cafetiere, Stove Top, and espresso preparation.”
