Condor Project

Highlights

“The Condor Project is a Forest Academy initiative in Huila, Colombia, uniting 96 independent women farmers in Pitalito, Bruselas, and Timana. Cherries are hand-selected and processed using the traditional washed method with 24–36 hour fermentation, then sun-dried for 15–20 days. The project provides direct, fair payment and visibility for women producers in a male-dominated industry.”
