Highlights
“In the foothills of the Pico da Bandeira mountain lies Ninho de Aguia, the farm of Clayton Barossa Monteiro. The farm resembles a wild forest with coffee plants nestled among trees and vines. Caparaó's steep slopes and cool temperatures create ideal conditions for exceptional coffee. This lot is a natural processed Catucaí 785, a hybrid variety producing notes of honey, jasmine and candied fruit.”
