Highlights
“Gichatha-ini Washing Station in Nyeri County has processed smallholder cherries since 1968, between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Range. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, fully washed with roughly 72 hours of fermentation, and dried on raised beds for up to 21 days. Classic SL28 and SL34 varieties deliver the vibrant, high-acidity character Kenya is known for.”
