Named after Brazil's national tree, Paubrasil is traceable back to the farms it was grown on through a QR code and is certified under the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin. This lot comes from producer Ricardo Tavares — Catuai grown between 750 and 1,000 metres, dried in the cherry for the sweetness and body the region is known for.”
