“Patio Bonito is a family-run farm in Caldono, Cauca, farmed by Carlos Arturo Trujillo — a coffee grower of nearly 50 years — with his daughter Paola, who returned in 2022 with cupping and buying experience to rework the farm's fermentation. Their anaerobic natural Pacamara gets thermal-shock and anaerobic modulation, grown at 1,700 metres across an 11-hectare farm, nine planted with coffee. Sourced through Cafe Imports.”
