“This blend is in honor of all father figures in our lives who have carved out the time and put forth the energy to support, nurture, challenge, and encourage us. These folks can be our awesome and dedicated dads. And for many of us, they aren't our biological fathers. For others, our mothers did it all. In acknowledgment of our born family, chosen family, and all of the ways that love, care, and mentorship can look different, we've named this blend for all you papi chili's out there! This is a blend of 50% Colombia and 50% Mexico to create notes of cinnamon, peach, plum, and creamy caramel. 1:16 brew ratio for batch and filter 1:2 brew ratio for espresso *If you would like this coffee ground, please specify brew method in comments.”
