“San Isidro sits fifteen minutes from the Ruinas de Copán and has been in Katia Duke's family for generations. After the 2012 roya epidemic, Katia studied agronomy at Zamorano, became a certified barista and roaster, opened her own café and began roasting her family's coffee; her father eventually entrusted her with plots to farm independently. This natural Yellow Gesha, grown at 1,300 masl and dried on the farm, is Little Waves' fourth year buying from her.”
