“Little Waves' sixth year buying from Mayan Harvest in Bella Vista, a remote mountain community in Chiapas, and the first time they have offered a coffee specifically from the Cifuentes family. The lot brings together 12 family lots from the community, where Don Froilan Cifuentes and his neighbours have helped raise each other's coffee quality by sharing knowledge. Mules carry much of the harvest out, since cars cannot reach most of the plots, and much of the coffee is dried on patios at producers' homes.”
