“This Geisha comes from Peñas Blancas, a processing station founded by second-generation producer Jhoan Vergara in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. The station was created to help local farmers unlock the full potential of their cherries through better processing knowledge and equipment, elevating regional coffee quality while providing stable income. Wastewater is treated through a dedicated filtration system, and future plans include organic cultivation and cascara production.”
