“Single-origin filter coffee from the Lalesa region in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone, one of the country's most renowned coffee areas. Smallholder cherries are hand-picked, pulped with a traditional disc pulper, fermented underwater for 48-100 hours, then dried 8-20 days on raised beds. The washing station, founded in 2018 by Alemayehu Tilahun, is part of Origin Land Coffee.”
