“This natural lot comes from Lalesa, one of the best coffee growing regions in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone. Cherries are sourced from smallholder farmers around the Lalesa Washing Station, carefully selected and dried whole to intensify fruity aromas and natural sweetness. The washing station was founded in 2018 by Alemayehu Tilahun, who has built close, long-term relationships with the surrounding farming communities.”
