“José's farm Finca Senderito is located in the municipality of San Lorenzo in Nariño, Colombia. The coffee is grown with great effort on some of the highest slopes in Colombia at 2000 meters elevation. Processed using traditional washed method with 48-hour fermentation, parabolic drying for 10-15 days, then hand sorted and grain pro packed.”
