“An Ethiopian single-origin from Yirgacheffe by independent producer Bekele Kachara in the Bensa region of Sidama. Natural anaerobic processing intensifies tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus, and liquor notes. Cultivated at 1,880-2,350 meters with heirloom varieties 74110, 74112, and 74158 on a 4.5-hectare farm using sustainable composting and shade-grown practices.”
