“Srima9 is a community coffee project in the mountains of Chiang Rai, northern Thailand, where Typica and Bourbon varieties grow alongside the forest. Joe and Mild, a young couple who returned to their grandparents' land, partnered with CPDP to process and sell their coffee internationally. This honey lot undergoes 48-hour anaerobic fermentation before a 10-day honey dry.”
