“Carmen Estate sits in Volcán Valley, Chiriquí, Panama, at 1,800 meters. Founded in 1960 by Efraín and Carmen Franceschi, the farm produces around 1,600 sacks of exceptional green coffee yearly. Cherries are dried on patios and African beds, followed by controlled mechanical drying and 60 days of rest before rigorous quality control.”
