“Gilber Huayllas acquired this high-altitude farm and has seen his Geisha coffee trees double their yield over the past two years as the plants matured from 3 to 4 years old. This production increase enabled him to compete in the 2025 Cup of Excellence, where he placed 3rd in his third year of competition. The 180-kilo lot presented here is what remains of his award-winning Geisha harvest. Gilber learned his craft from his father Feliciano, one of the founders of the Pacaybamba processing station.”
