“Sheka is an area in southwestern Ethiopia with lush tropical forest where Heleanna Georgalis started working in 2017. Here coffee grows in natural conditions among the forest at an altitude around 2000 meters. This honey-processed coffee from Sheka is sinfully good and perhaps as close to the apple in the Garden of Eden as we can get. The cup shows butterscotch, spicy, and orange character with darker roast depth.”
