At 1,680 meters elevation, Yulieth and Gerson Mora cultivate Pink Bourbon under shade trees including guava, banana, citrus, and eucalyptus. The extended 30-hour fermentation after depulping develops distinctive fruit character while maintaining washed process clarity. This family farm employs approximately eight people and supports neighboring producers through post-harvest consulting, demonstrating their commitment to community and quality.”
