“Los Naranjos is a 9 hectare farm owned by the Mayorga family in the Mercedes Hills of southern Honduras, near the Salvadoran and Guatemalan borders, and delivered through the Cafesmo co-operative. Obata, Parainema and IH-Cafe 90 grow at 1,300-1,550 m and are fully washed; the 2025-26 harvest arrived December to March. Organic lots are roasted on Wednesdays.”
