“Grown at Finca Ethiopia in El Salvador's mountainous Apaneca region, this Bourbon microlot comes from a farm named in honour of coffee's Ethiopian origins. Rich volcanic soils and cool growing conditions build remarkable sweetness and complexity, while a carefully executed washed process preserves clarity and shows off the Bourbon variety. Expect grilled peach, gala apple and caramel, layered over soft malic acidity and a lingering fruit-like sweetness. Roasted for filter.”
