“Sourced from Windrush Estate in Kiambu, in Kenya's central highlands, and grown at 1,600 masl by the Gatatha Farmers Company, a cooperative farming coffee and tea on a former British dairy estate. Ripe SL34 cherries are hand picked early and sorted before an overnight ferment; once washed, the coffee is pushed back up tiled channels by hand so only the densest beans remain, then sun dried on raised beds. The espresso roast keeps the juicy pineapple, yellow nectarine and cascara tea.”
