“Sasaba comes from the Kercha district of Guji, Ethiopia, where Tsegay Hagos Tesfaye runs one of the area's best-known washing stations. The lot is 100% heirloom varieties grown at 1,760 metres and fully washed, and it scored 88 points. In the cup it is jasmine, apricot and lychee over a panela sweetness, with juicy acidity and a silky body, and a long fruity finish. Ineffable recommends it for both filter and espresso.”
