“This is Imbibe's fourth year buying from Ipanema, who have been coffee producers since the 1870s. The Premier Cru range is a selection of very small batch, handcrafted lots from the highest altitudes of the Estate's oldest farm, Rio Verde. These lots are packed in nitrogen-flushed vacuum-packed cartons to stabilise the green coffee. Blue is the competition tier of Ipanema's Premier Cru rankings, reserved for some of their very best nano lots.”
