“A Gesha from the Plano plot at Elida Estate, 1,700 m above Los Naranjos in Boquete, picked on a single day, 11 June 2026. Plano is a partly shaded, more open section of the farm on the slopes of Volcan Baru, where the Gesha gets even light and steady airflow, and each plot is harvested and processed on its own so a lot traces to one terroir, one picking day and one processing call. Cherry was floated, depulped on the harvest day, cold fermented, fully washed and then dried on raised beds inside a dark room (DRD). The Lamastus family has farmed coffee in Boquete since 1918 and runs five estates. The cup is clean and floral: orange blossom, honeysuckle, apricot, lemon candy.”
