“Alo is Tamiru Tadesse's project, and this lot was processed at his main Safo station from cherries delivered by Faficho village in Bensa, Sidama, grown at 2,390 metres. Picking ran from November 2025 to January 2026. Cherries are floated and depulped on a Penagos machine that strips both skin and mucilage, then dried 12 days on partially shaded raised beds.”
