Highlights
“Ojo de Agua is a small coffee farm operated by William Morales in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Grown at elevations between 1,600 and 2,000 meters, the dry climate and mountainous terrain support slow cherry maturation and dense beans. The coffee is carefully handpicked and fully washed to preserve clarity and balance. Huehuetenango coffees are known for their clean structure, sweetness, and chocolate-driven profile.”
