“This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in the Hadeso area of Shakiso, Guji, Ethiopia. Cherries are handpicked and processed by Testi Coffee using traditional natural methods, including sun-drying on raised beds. Grown at elevations between 1,900 and 2,200 meters, the high altitude supports slow maturation and complex fruit development. Guji coffees are known for their vibrant berry character, sweetness, and balanced structure.”
