“Quanqing Zou - known locally as Zou Jie - is one of the producers behind Hongfeng Guogei Coffee Estate in Lancang County, Yunnan. The estate takes its name from the local Wa village of Guogei; Zou began working with coffee in 2003 and moved into specialty production in 2016. The farm occupies hillsides in Laba Township at 1,200-1,600 masl, where a humid subtropical climate brings ample rainfall and marked day-night temperature differences. This lot is fermented with limited oxygen and then washed before drying.”
