“Cafe Granja La Esperanza is one of Colombia's most recognized specialty coffee producers, led by brothers Rigoberto and Luis Eduardo Herrera. The group manages five farms across three mountain ranges, known for introducing Geisha to Colombian soil early in its development. This Sudan Rume lot from Finca Las Margaritas uses a hybrid washed process with 14-hour open-tank fermentation, 18-hour anaerobic fermentation, and 24-hour aerobic fermentation before washing and drying in mechanical silos at 38°C.”
