“Café Granja La Esperanza is the Herrera family project in Valle del Cauca. Finca Potosí in Caicedonia spans 52 hectares from 1,400–1,860 masl. This SL34 lot is processed as a hybrid washed: 14-hour open-tank fermentation, 18-hour oxygen-free, depulped, 24-hour aerobic fermentation, washed, and dried in mechanical silos for 3–5 days at 38°C.”
