“This pre-order is the final washed Geisha of the 2026 harvest at Finca Sophia, picked April 22 from the celebrated Colibri and Poro sectors. After harvest the coffee underwent a 45-hour fermentation before 10 days of drying on raised beds under cool mountain conditions. The lot earned top scores across multiple cupping tables and was the last washed coffee to earn placement in the Grand Reserve Collection. Roasting scheduled for August 21st, 2026.”
