“Alessa is a one-hectare plot at Altieri's Mima Estate in Alto Quiel, on the foothills of Volcán Barú in Boquete, Panama, where green-tip Gesha grows at 1,850 m under roughly 70% shade. Picked on 25 February 2026, the lot was sorted by flotation, de-pulped and washed at Altieri's Alto Lino mill, then sun-dried on raised beds in a greenhouse for about seven days. Hydrangea lists it rested and roasted ultralight: white orchid, navel orange and lychee.”
