“Hambella was founded by brothers Aman and Michael Adinew, with Aman having previously run quality control at the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange. The farm spans 200 hectares in the Guji zone. This natural lot was processed in Gedeb, Gedeo zone, dried slowly on raised beds for 21 days and turned by hand, scoring 87 points.”
