“Eder Norman Toledo is a coffee grower from the rural town of Las Palmas, in the municipality of Suaza, central Huila. His Finca Los Andes spans a total surface area of 16 hectares, four of which are currently planted with coffee. We selected this lot through the Copa de Oro, a producer competition held by our friends at Osito in southern Huila. This was our third year participating and the first year Eder Norman has placed in the top five for his region.”
