“Classic washed Peru blend from smallholder producers in the high-altitude regions surrounding Jaén, Cajamarca. Rich volcanic soils and tropical rainfall create ideal Arabica conditions. Falcon Peru operates an export company, warehouse and QC lab in Jaén since 2018, with dedicated drying facilities to ensure optimal moisture levels. Producers harvest mid-season, processing on-farm with hand-pulping machines, fermentation tanks, and patios or raised beds.”
