Highlights
“La Conserva takes its name from the thick, syrupy fruit preserves made across Guatemala with local figs, berries and peaches, and the cup is built to match: cherry jam, tropical fruit and vanilla sweetness. The coffee comes from community lots in Huehuetenango, one of Guatemala's three non-volcanic regions and one of its highest and driest, warmed by dry winds blowing in from Mexico. Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai and Pache are washed between 1,450 and 1,800 metres.”
