“Finca La Fany is a family inheritance dating back to the early 1900s, originally established by Fabio Morán. Rafael and Carmen Silva acquired this family heirloom in the early 1990s and have since planted 13,000 new Pacamara trees. Located on the Apaneca-Illamatepec Mountain Range at 1,450-1,550 masl, the farm focuses on ecological techniques and has produced 40,000 new seedlings including Red Bourbon, Orange Bourbon, Pacamara, Geisha, Yellow Icatu, and Yellow Caturra. This washed Pacamara lot scored 86.75 SCA points.”
