“A watermelon infusion and co-ferment from Finca Milán, part of the Café Uba project run by Julio César Madrid Tisnés and Julio Andrés Quiceno in Pereira, Risaralda. Grown at 1,500 metres with a sequential washed process, this lot scored 86.5 at cupping. Harvested April 2026, arrived July 2026.”
