Rio Dulce is the Green-tip Gesha plot, double washed. The cup turns on clarity: white grape, gardenia and orange blossom over a glassy, soft-tart acidity and subdued nectar sweetness, florals holding the balance and the finish running long. H&S recommends resting it 50+ days; its filter evaluation used a 1:18 Gabi recipe at 198°F for TDS 1.48 and 24.61% extraction.”
