“Gringo has roasted a Christmas coffee every year since 2019, and the 2026 Julkaffe keeps to the same idea: a blend built for Swedish winter brewing rather than for a competition table. This year's version is made from three coffees – Irmas Pereira Yellow Bourbon from Brazil, Kenya AA and Rwanda Nyamurinda – roasted medium-dark and hand-roasted in Gothenburg on the roastery's drum machine. The components give a full, aromatic cup with clear dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut, and it is sold both as whole beans and pre-ground for filter.”
