“Nyamurinda is a washing station in Rwanda's western Nyamasheke district, where families from the surrounding hills bring their cherries to be processed. It was the first coffee Gringo ever bought - the family visited the sisters who run the station before the roastery even started - and they have kept buying it since. Red Bourbon is washed and shade-dried for four weeks, which gives the creamy, apricot-forward cup the bag promises.”
