“Gringo's Christmas coffee for 2026 is a light roast built for the darkest weeks of the Nordic winter: bright, fruity and alive rather than heavy and spiced. The blend is three coffees the roastery also sells on their own, Kenya Karimikui AA, Colombia Las Moras and Etiopien Kayon Mountain, hand-picked and processed at origin, then roasted in Gothenburg on the roastery's drum roaster. It is sold as whole beans or pre-ground for filter at the same price, in 250 g bags and a 5 kg wholesale bag.”
