“Gringo's Guji comes from smallholder families in the Guji zone of southern Oromia, who farm coffee in backyard plots alongside food crops between 1,800 and 2,130 metres and carry their cherries to the nearest washing station - currently Suke Quto. The fruit is dried whole on raised beds in the sun, the natural method behind the bag's jammy, fruit-forward profile. This lot is EU-certified organic and the Gothenburg roastery positions it for any brewer.”
