“Daily Brew is Gringo's house brew blend, always built on two Brazilian farms and seasoned with lots from other continents. The current build is Fazenda IP Acaia and Irmas Pereira's Yellow Bourbon, both natural, plus washed Rwanda Nyamurinda and washed Colombia Fazenda La Sierra. Gringo roasts it so the sugars caramelise late in the drum, which is what pulls chocolate and caramel forward; the cup lands soft, round and balanced, made for fika.”
