“Gringo's spiced holiday coffee is a blend of Brasilien Fazenda Irmas Pereira Yellow Bourbon and Colombia Finca La Sierra, hand-roasted to a medium-dark. Ground cardamom, sweet orange peel and an aromatic tonka bean - close to marzipan in both aroma and taste - are added to the roasted coffee, and the bag is sold only as brew-ground. It sits alongside the shop's two other julkaffe as the spiced member of the Christmas line.”
