“This lot from Korgua Estate in the Chuave district of Papua New Guinea comes from about 40 smallholder farmers working with Sirigine Coffee Producers, founded by longtime farmer Paul Sirigine. Coffee grows between 1,600 and 1,800 meters on steep hillsides with volcanic soil. Cherries undergo anaerobic natural fermentation in sealed tanks before being dried under the sun, producing a fruit-forward cup with deep sweetness.”
