“Finca El Pergamino sits at 1,800-2,000 masl in Bambito, in Panama's Tierras Altas district of Chiriquí, on the western flank of the Barú volcano. Yaneth De Lucich and her family grew potatoes on the land for years before turning part of it to specialty coffee, and only began commercial production a few years ago; the cool, humid cloud forest slows cherry maturation and concentrates sugars in this Geisha, picked in March 2026.
