“Elto Coffee was founded by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, a couple dedicated to specialty coffee; Atiklit Dejene previously served as processing manager at Gesha Village Estate, which explains the emphasis on controlled fermentation and quality sorting. The company runs a mill in Sidama and works in small-lot experimental processing across washed, natural and honey methods. This lot is a washed peaberry of 74158 from the Elora station in Arbegona, Sidama, at 2,400 masl, picked in January 2026 and shipped in June.”
